This original art print features an intricate, super close-up watercolor illustration of a bed of sphagnum moss. I noticed the bizarre structure of this moss while on a hike alongside a bog in Dolly Sods Wilderness. Each tiny, spiky "bloom" of this moss is about the size of my fingernail in real life, so I zoomed way in with my painting in order to show off its details.
