White tea leaves are plucked from the tea bush and are naturally withered and dried in the sun. This sampler includes 4 of our favorite white teas. Our sampler is delivered in a gift box of individual sealed pouches of tea giving you about 5-7 cups of tea each for a total of 25-30 cups of tea!
Pai Mu Tan. Clear, slightly pale cup fresh aroma and smooth velvety flavor. Notes reminiscent of Keemun or a mild Bordeaux.
Silver Moonlight Wild White. Light notes of baked almond on a full flavored white tea. A slightly wild finish.
Blueberry White. Sweet luscious notes of blueberry over a white Pai Mu Tan from Fujian Provence.
White Mischief. Pai Mu Tan blended with tart pomegranate and juicy guava.
The Tea Shoppe is owned by Lisa Biafore and her daughters Rachel & Regina. The Tea Shoppe, located in Morgantown, WV is a Tea Room as well as a retail shop carrying over 180 loose leaf tea from around the world as well as teapot and tea accessories. Lisa has received the following certifications from the World Tea Academy: Tea Specialist, Tea Professional, Tea Sommelier, Tea Health Expert, Tea Blender, Tea Aroma Specialist and shares her knowledge through a variety of Tea classes for her community.
