M. Lynne Squires is an urban Appalachian author, award-winning fiction crafter, poetry dabbler, intermittent blogger, and magazine columnist. She is also a Scrabble enthusiast, an architecture junkie, and a collector of Blenko glass, flower frogs and Fiesta dishes. She writes amidst her collections at her Scott Depot home. Along with writing, feeding her visiting groundhog, bird, squirrel, raccoon, and chipmunk buddies holds priority status. When not writing, she enjoys getting together for coffee with women writer gal pals, spending time with her significant other, and trying to tame the skittish black feral cat she dubbed Jet Ferrell.
