Founded in the 1950's, Cam's Ham is a classic Huntington, WV eatery that folk 'round here have known and loved for generations. Two of the most famous signature homemade choices are the hand-cut and battered onion rings, and Cam’s Original Sugar-Flaked Ham Sandwich, made of thin flakes of ham on a toasted Grecian bun, garnished with lettuce and a sweet-based secret sauce.
This delectable digital art print is printed from a high resolution photo of the original oil on canvas painting "Cam's Ham", painted by Brandy Jefferys in 2021. It is printed on premium archival matte art paper & is matted to easily fit into a standard sized frame.
Hi! I’m Brandy Jefferys, a maker of paintings, drawings, and prints currently living in Huntington, WV. I earned my BFA in Studio Arts with a concentration in Drawing from Shawnee State University in Portsmouth, Ohio. In 2021, I was selected as a Tamarack Foundation for the Arts Emerging Artist Fellow.
My influences are Appalachian food & culture, the tactile sensation of working with oil paint, and the beauty found in the mundane. When I’m not working on artwork, I’m probably on the couch watching too much professional wrestling.
Location: Huntington, WV
