7" Round Cork Trivet

This 7" round cork trivet is a much needed kitchen accessory and will keep your kitchen countertop from becoming burnt or scorched, while at the same time supplying your kitchen with some much needed West Virginia pride.

Available in two designs: the first features a map of West Virginia with location of the city of Huntington marked, plus the words 'West Virginia' underneath. The second design features a silhouette in the shape of West Virginia with the words 'West Virginia' above and the year '1863' below.

I dabble in almost everything. It began in maybe 2014 when I walked into a local store and I saw necklaces made with maps. I loved them. Being a GIS Analyst at the time, I thought they were really cool. She knew me and asked if I could make them and I said sure, how hard can it be I thought? That venture helped lead me into making and selling handmade items today. I don't make a ton of necklaces anymore, but I still have all my curated map files. I live in Point Pleasant, WV. I grew up in Leon, WV. My grandparents had a big farm that I helped on. They instilled hard-working values that help keep me going today. I purchased a laser cutter in 2017.
