Join the hunt for monsters in this fully illustrated and colorful bestiary that celebrates West Virginian culture and history that hearkens a more magical, adventurous time!In this bestiary, bigfoot creature's anatomy, physique, interactions with other creatures, domiciles, diet, habitats, activities, and more are explored; eye-witness accounts, folk stories, and relevant historical information are also included for each entry, as well as 7 full-page illustrations.

I'm a pretty quiet person from Southern Ohio that loves monsters, animals, stories, and history. I moved to Fairbanks, AK to study art and received my Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in 2017, afterward moving to & working in El Paso, TX. Currently, I reside in Coal Grove, OH.

I enjoy outdoor activities - like hiking, kayaking, and sightseeing - reading, drawing, throwing pottery, sculpting, playing video games, and playing dungeons and dragons with my friends. ~Kristen Puckett - Appalachian Illustrator, Folklorist, & Ceramicist
