Keemun is one of the congou-type teas; meaning it requires a great deal of gong (disciplined skill) to make into fine taut strips without breaking the leaves. It has a winey and fruity flavor with depth and complexity. Takes milk very well.
Margaret's Hope Darjeeling. An Estate Tea from Darjeeling India that has a delicate cup with the distinctive 'Muscatel' character. Hints of currant create an almost wine-like taste.
Star of India. A superb blend comprised of luxury teas from three of India's premier growing districts, Assam, Darjeeling, and the Nilgiris. The cup offers malt, muscatel, and fragrant floral notes that open beautifully with a splash of milk.
